Residential Design: Project 1

A luxury residential villa in Barbados that was in need of a complete overhaul with a brief to retain as much existing furniture and structure as possible. Simple tweaks like fabric changes and new headboards revitalised living and sleep areas, while the addition of a semi-circular travertine poolside bar, made better use of the outdoor space. Adding a tensile covering created shade and protection from the elements without loss of light, or excessive expense or construction. This five suite villa was completed in four months, under budget, with the majority of all contents being repurposed.
